Accenture Blue Tulip Flop



I cannot for the life of me see the point in entering the Accenture Innovation Awards in Amsterdam. There is no monetary prize. The only people who gain from it are Accenture themselves. They cut down the presentation to a point that people get 1 minute to pitch. And all the publicity looks like movie trailers, totally devoid of any story. No wonder nobody looks at it. And I'm fed up of getting emails from start-ups trying to game the "public prize" by voting for them.  Using these examples in presentations of what NOT to do. What am I missing here? Nothing, I fear.
